Reshmi Kabab is a traditional Mughalai dish.Usually all Mughalai dish consists of nuts,cream,curd.In this recipe I have added all these ingredients.Reshmi is an Indian word that means silk.These are silky textured, delicious kababs and gets its name from the juicy succulence of the meat added to the skewers.
It is dipped with Kabab chutney.Here is the recipe of Kabab chutney

Ingredients :
Boneless chicken- 450 gms
Pudina- 9-10leaves
Corainder leaves-1/2 bunch
Green chilli-3
Almond-6
Cashew nut-6
Ginger-2 inch
Garlic-4 nos
Curd-3 tsp
Cream-2 tsp
Lemon-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 spoons
Salt-to taste
Procedure :
1.Wash the boneless chicken for couple of times,lastly wash with turmeric powder.
Grind 1/2 bunch corainder leaves,3 green chilli,9-10 pudina leaves,4 garlic cloves,2 inch ginger,5-6 almonds,6 cashew nuts.
2.Marinate the chicken with the ground paste,2 spoons of oil,3 spoons of curd,1 spoon of cream,2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp turmeric and chilli powder and required amount of salt.
3.Marinate and refrigerate it for 3 hrs to 24 hrs.The more u keep it marinated the more tastier it will be.After u have marinated,take the wooden skewers and soak them in hot water for some time.Then add the chicken pieces to the skewers and keep ready in the tray.
4.Now for baking in the oven preheat the oven to 380 degree Fahrenheit,once it is heated keep the tray for 15-20 mins,flip it to other side and again keep it for 15 mins.Keep checking after 10 mins so that the chicken doesn't gets burned up.Serve hot with Kabab chutney.
5. Also it can be shallow fried in the tava in a very low flame.Add 3 spoons of oil in the tava,heat it and then place the chicken in the tava.Dont overcrowd the chicken pieces and the chicken pieces should not be watery or else while frying it will start releasing water from it.
6.In 5-7 minutes the bottom part must have roasted,flip it to other side of the chicken,no need to cover it with the lid.Again in 5-7 minutes the whole chicken must have got roasted.Once roasted,remove them from tava and Serve hot with Kabab Chutney.
