Kabab Chutney are very refreshing as they are made of pudina and curd.It is a great dip for Kababs and Tikkas.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Ingredients :
Pudina-1/2 bunch
Corainder leaves-1/4 bunch
Green chilli-2
Ginger-1 inch
Curd-3 tsp
Procedure :
1.For the chutney,grind 1/2 bunch pudina,1/2 bunch corainder leaves,2 green chilli,1 inch ginger and rquired amount of salt.
2.After grinding,transfer it to a bowl,add 3 tsp of curd to it.Give a good mix.The chutney is ready.
3.Serve the chutney with Chicken Kababs,Paneer Tikka.
