Pineapple juice is one of the refreshing juice in summer.With little spices we can feel the taste of everything sweet,sour,tangy.When having cold,this juice (without refrigerating or without adding ice cubes) can be taken with honey instead of sugar .It soothes the throat and dissolve mucus.Also It helps in digestion.The recipe as follows
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Refrigerating Time : 1/2-1 hr
Ingredients :
Pineapple chunks-1 cup (150-200 gms)
Mint leaves-8 to 10 nos
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Ginger-a small piece
Raw Mango powder-1/2 tsp
Black salt-a pinch
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Sugar- 2-4 table spoons
Ice cubes-optional
Or
Chaat Masala-1 tsp
Instructions :
1.Chop pineapple to chunks or bite size.Add 1 cup of pineapple chunks to Mixie jar.
2.Add 7-8 mint leaves and 1 tsp lemon juice.
3.Alomg with this, add 1/4 tsp pepper ( 9-10 nos) and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds.
4.Add a pinch of salt,1/2 tsp raw mango powder and a small piece of ginger.If you have black salt you can add that also.
5.I forgot to add before so I added sugar after grinding.Add 2-4 tbsp sugar.
You can replace the spices with Chaat masala.
6.Dilute it by adding 3-4 glass of water and mix it throughly.
7.Tranafer to a bowl and refrigerate it for hours.Serve it chilled or ice cubes can be added and can be served immediately.
8.Enjoy this drink on hot summer days.
