Honey Glazed Garlic Chicken is a Chinese dish.It is made by marinating chicken with spices and deep frying it.The sauce is made and deep fried chicken pieces are added and tossed, lastly it is garnished with spring onions green.It is very good side dish for Fried rice.Easy and delicious recipe.Here is the full recipe of Honey Glazed Garlic Chicken.

Ingredients :
For Marination-
Boneless Chicken/Chicken Breast-1 lb (450 gms)
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Rice flour-2 spoons
Corn flour-2 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp

For Sauce-
Garlic-6-7 nos chopped
Spring onions-1/4th cup chopped
Onion-1/2 cup chopped cube shaped
Capsicum-1/2 cup chopped cube shaped
Chilli sauce-2 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Corn flour-2 tsp
Honey-2 tsp
Spring onion green-chopped handfull

Instructions : 
1.Take all the spices ( 2 tsp chilli powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder.)

2.Along with the spices in a mixing bowl,dd 2 spoons of rice flour,2 tsp of corn flour,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of salt.Mix altogether.

3.Rinse the boneless chicken with water and turmeric water.Drain the water from the chicken and add the chicken to the mixing bowl.Give a good mix,no need to add water,the water in the chicken is enough to coat the chicken and let it marinate for atleast half and hour to 6 hrs or overnight.

4.Take a deep frying pan.Heat with sufficient quantity of oil.Add the chicken pieces and fry it.Add few pieces only in the pan,don't overcrowd the pan or else chicken will start releasing water and then it will take more time to fry.
5.To remove the excess oil from chicken,drain the chicken over paper towels.
6.For sauce,let's keep ready of ingredients.(1/2 cup onion cube shaped chopped,1/2 cup bell pepper cube shape chopped,6-7 nos of garlic chopped very small,1/4th cup spring onions chopped,spring onions green chopped.)

7.Take a large pan.Heat with 2 tsp of oil.Add chopped garlic and spring onion.Turn the flame to high, and saute till the garlic changes it's colour.Add onions and saute till it changes its colour.

8.Add bell pepper and saute it for a minute.

9.Turn the flame to low and add 2 tsp chilli sauce and saute till the raw smell goes away

10.Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup and saute till the raw smell goes away.

11.Add 1 tsp soya sauce and saute for a minute.

12.To thicken the sauce,take a bowl add 2 tsp of corn flour and 1/4th cup of water,mix it nicely and add to the sauce.

13.Add 1 tsp of salt and let it boil.Once boiled,the sauce is ready.

14.Add fried chicken piece to the sauce and mix altogether.Add 2 tsp of honey to the sauce.Give a good mix and cook for a minute then switch off the flame.

15.Take a small pan heat it with 1 tsp of oil,add white sesame seeds and let it crackle.

16.Add cracked sesame seeds to the pan.

17.Lastly add chopped spring onion green and serve hot with fried rice/noodles.
