Bread Kaja recipe

Bread Kaja is a sweet made from deep fried bread,soaked in sugar syrup for a minute and garnished with nuts.It is similar to Kaja recipe.Kaja is made by making maida dough,rolling the smaller portion of dough into square shape pieces and then deep frying it.That pieces then soaked in sugar syrup.Here it is instant.It is a very delicious recipe,must try this recipe.Quick and easy recipe for beginners.Here is the full recipe of Bread Kaja.

Ingredients -
Bread-3 slices
Sugar-1 cup (200 gms)
Water-1 cup
Cardamom powder-1 tsp
Almond-6 nos
Cashew-6 nos
Pista-6 nos
Oil-deep frying

Instructions-
1.Take 1 cup of sugar and add to the pan or pot.

2.Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
3.Start boiling the syrup till all the sugar melts.
4.Once all the sugar melts within 2 minutes the syrup will be ready.Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder,it will enhance the taste.Add 1 tsp of lemon juice,it will prevent from getting crystallize.Cover and keep aside.
5.Take 2 bread slices and cut it into 4 pieces or any shape u want.
6.Take a Kadai or pan.Heat it with oil for deep frying.

7.Turn the flame to medium-low and add the bread slices.

8.Bread slices will get fried easily.within a minute it will change its colour and flip to other side.Remove the bread pieces and drain over paper towel to remove the excess oil.

9.Add the bread slice to the sugar syrup for a minute.Flip it to other side and remove the slice from the syrup.Transfer it to a plate or serving dish.Garnish with chopped cashew nuts,almonds and pista.

10.The bread Kaja is ready.It is very delicious sweet made instantly,crispy and crunchy to eat.
