Everyone loves to have street food snack as sandwich.Here is one paneer carrot sandwich.As paneer contains lot of proteins,gives instant energy and carrots which are highly nutritious,you can stuff this in bread and make this as breakfast.

Ingredients :
White bread or whole wheat bread-1 packet
Paneer- 100gms
Carrot-2 medium size
Pudina-1/2 bunch
Corainder leaves- 1/2 bunch
Green chillies-3 smaller ones
Ginger- 1 inch
Tomato ketchup-1 cup
Pepper powder/Chaat masala- 2 spoons
Butter-1 cup
Procedure :
1.First make green chutney and keep it ready.For green chutney,Take a jar add half bunch pudina leaves,half bunch corainder leaves,3 green chillies and ginger.Grind it by adding little water to it.Add little salt to it.The chutney is ready.Also grate paneer and carrot for the sandwich.
2.Take the bread,apply butter and green chutney on one of the side.I have used whole wheat bread but u can use any bread u want.Then add little grated paneer and grated carrot.Sprinkle pepper powder or Chaat masala and salt in it whichever you like it.I used pepper powder.
You can mix paneer, carrot,pepperpowder or Chaat masala and salt and directly stuff to the bread.If you are using chaat masala add less salt as it already contains salt in it.
3.Now take another bread and spread tomato ketchup.You can also spread mayonnaise if u have instead of tomato ketchup.It will give you a very good taste.Now cover this tomato ketchup slice to the stuffed bread.Take a pan and start toasting it with butter.
