Blueberry muffins

When u bored of eating only blueberry u can make muffins of that.Kids would love blueberry muffins.The sweet taste of cake and little sourness of blueberry will give a different taste.Easily can be made with wheat flour,not much items are needed.When guests are visiting home you can priorly make this n keep it.

Ingredients :
Wheat flour-1 cup
Sugar- 3/4th cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Egg-1
Oil- 1/4th cup
Hot water-1/4th cup
Blueberry-20 Nos

Procedure :
First preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit.As preheating requires time so you can start heating the oven and that time u can start mixing the ingredients given above.
1.Take a bowl add 1 egg beat it till the bubble goes away in it.Add 1/4 cup of oil to it.Then add 3/4th cup of sugar to it.Whisk it.
2.Add 1/2 cup of milk to it.Whisk it.
3.Now add all the dry ingredients to it by seiving 1 cup of wheat flour,1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda.Mix it properly.If the batter is very thick add 1/2 of 1/4th measuring cup of hot water to it.The water should be very hot not warm.
4.Add blueberry to the mix and mix it well.
5.Now take the muffin tray and start placing the  baking cups.Pour the batter to 3/4th of cup.
6.Keep the tray in the oven,bake it for 25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Note: If whisking is done with electric beater the muffins comes out fluffy and soft.

  3. Yes definitely we can use 1 cup yogurt/curd instead of egg,milk and hot water.Other things are same,After mixing the batter if the consistency is too thick then use 1/4 cup milk.Mix it throughly and bake it.The cupcakes will be ready.
