Ingredients:
Spinach bunch-1 (150 gms)
Paneer-100gms
Garlic-medium size 10 nos
Green chillies-4
Red chillies-1
cumin seeds-1/4th tea spoon
Onion-1
Tomato-1

Step by Step Procedure:

1.Take all the ingredients.


2.Take a pan.Heat it.Add 2 spoons of oil.Add 1/4th spoon of cumin seeds and 10 nos of medium size garlic.Fry it.



3.Add red chillies and green chillies to the pan.



4.Once the garlic gets light brown in colour add chopped onions.


5.Add tomtoes to the pan once the onion gets cooked.


5.Add required amount of salt to it.Lastly add spinach leaves.Fry it till it gets cooked.Once it is cool down.Grind it in a mixer.



6.Take another pan.Heat it.Add 1 spoon of oil.Add 1/4th tea spoon of cumin seeds and paneer cut into cube size.Fry it till it gets golden colour.Now Add this to the grounded paste.



7.Serve Hot with Chapathi,White Rice.
