Mushroom semigravy

Mushroom is a good source of protein.Now a days I look for proteinaceous food for hair growth.This can strengthen the body.It is a quick recipe which can be done in few mins.This goes well with chapathi.It can also be used as a side dish for rice.I recommend white mushrooms than the brown ones.

Ingredients :
Mushroom-100gms
Cumin seeds-1 Tea spoon
Green chilli-2 Nos
Onion-1 medium size
Tomato-1 medium size
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic-2 Nos
Turmeric powder-1 Tea spoon
Chilli powder-1 Tea spoon
Garam masala-1 Tea spoon
Coriander powder-1 Tea spoon



Step by Step procedure :
1.Chop onions,tomato and mushroom.Keep it ready to fry in a pan.Take a pan.Add 2 spoons of oil.Heat it. cumin seeds,green chillies and onion.Fry it till it becomes golden in colour.
                                                       
2.Once the onion gets fried add ginger garlic paste to it.Fry it closing the lid as it will splutter around.After that add tomatoes to it.
                                                      
3.Once the tomato becomes soft add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder to it.Saute it till the raw smell goes away.
                                                    
4.Add mushrooms to it and mix together.Close the lid and cook it for 10 mins.
                                                    
5.Lastly garnish it with coriander leaves.Then serve hot with Chapati,Naan.
